Frequently asked questions
What customers most often ask before opening an account, and while ordering.

Can I buy as an individual, without a commercial register?
No. The platform serves commercially registered establishments in the Kingdom. You can browse the catalogue and see prices without an account, but purchasing and requesting quotations require an approved establishment account.
Which documents are needed to approve an account?
Three: the commercial register, the VAT registration certificate and the national address. Review usually takes one working day, and you are emailed the outcome.
Why do some products have no price?
Lines whose prices move daily — meat and proteins in particular — are sold by quotation. Send the quantities you need and you receive a formal quote at a fixed price with a stated validity.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
No. Payment is electronic through a licensed gateway, or by bank transfer with the receipt uploaded for review.
Can I add items to an order I have already paid for?
A paid order cannot be modified, because its tax invoice has been issued. Additions are made through a new order linked to the original, and the two deliveries can be coordinated.
What happens if my commercial register expires?
The account is automatically suspended for new purchases, with advance notice before the expiry date. Existing orders are fulfilled, and the account is reinstated as soon as a valid register is uploaded and approved.
