Cookie Policy

A cookie is a small piece of text your browser stores on your device at a site’s request and sends back with every later request. It is what lets a site remember you between one page and the next.

Our cookies are not programs. They do not read your device and they cannot reach your files.

fc_at — your session token after signing in. Marked HttpOnly so no script in the browser can read it, which is what stops it leaking through a flaw in a page. It is short-lived and renewed automatically.

fc_rt — the refresh token that keeps you signed in without retyping your password every quarter of an hour. Protected the same way, and revoked immediately when you sign out or end your sessions.

fc_sid — a visitor identifier issued to every browser, signed in or not. It is what keeps your cart as you left it, and what moves a guest cart into an account at sign-in instead of losing it. It lasts a year.

fc_locale — the language you chose, so the interface does not revert to Arabic on every visit.

These are necessary to provide a service you asked for, so no separate permission is sought for them — but they are listed here because knowing about them is your right.

Measurement and improvement: which pages are visited and where journeys stall, in aggregate. We do not use them to follow you across other sites.

Marketing: enabled only with your explicit consent, and withdrawable at any time.

Refusing optional cookies takes nothing away from the service: prices, orders and invoices are exactly the same.

From your browser settings you can delete cookies, or block them entirely or for a particular site.

Be aware, though: blocking the essential ones means you will not be able to sign in or complete an order — not because refusal is penalised, but because the session is the cookie.

Deleting cookies ends your session and empties a guest cart. A signed-in account’s cart is held on our side and returns as soon as you sign in.

We use browser local storage for simple display preferences such as list sort order. We do not keep a token or personal data in it.

We may use measurement pixels in our emails to see whether a message was opened. You can stop marketing emails from your account settings or from the unsubscribe link at the foot of every message.
