This translation is for convenience only. Where the two texts differ, the Arabic governs.
1. Where we deliver
We start in Riyadh and expand from there. The cities served today are listed in the city selector on the platform, and orders from a city we do not serve are not accepted.
If your establishment is in a city we have not reached yet, register your interest — the order in which we expand follows real demand rather than forecasts.
2. Delivery windows
The available delivery slot is shown before you confirm the order, and you pick the window that suits your operation.
We hold to the agreed window. If we are delayed by something unforeseen — a road closure, a vehicle fault, weather — we contact you before the window ends, not after.
Chilled and frozen items travel in equipped vehicles and may be scheduled in a different window from the dry items in the same order. That is deliberate: a chilled shipment waiting for a dry item to be picked is a shipment losing its temperature.
3. Delivery charges and minimums
Delivery is charged by city and order value, and is shown to you before you confirm the order, not after.
Delivery is free on orders of 1,000 SAR or more, inclusive of VAT and before any coupon discount.
Some areas may carry a minimum order value, shown when you select the delivery address.
The amount still needed to reach free delivery is shown in the cart and is calculated on the server, like every other figure.
4. Receiving
Someone authorised to receive must be at the location during the agreed window. Signing the delivery document — on paper or electronically — acknowledges receipt of the quantities it states.
The driver waits a reasonable time and calls the number on the order. If receipt is not possible, they leave and the delivery is rescheduled.
Inspect the shipment before signing. Your right to refuse any item at delivery is set out in the returns and exchange policy, and it is the simplest and fastest route.
Keep the contact number on the order current — the driver calls the registered number and no other.
5. Failed delivery
If delivery fails because nobody is there to receive it or the location cannot be reached, we contact you and reschedule.
A further delivery attempt may be charged from the second attempt onward where the failure was at your end, and the charge is shown to you before it is deducted.
Chilled and frozen items that could not be delivered cannot be held for a later attempt. They are treated as a cancelled line and a credit note is issued.
6. The cold chain
We keep items within their correct temperature range from our warehouse to the moment of delivery.
From receipt, keeping them so is yours. Move chilled and frozen goods into your storage straight away — a delay at the kitchen door is the most common way a sound shipment is spoiled.
7. Split orders
Your order may arrive in more than one shipment where its items come from different warehouses or different temperature ranges.
Splitting carries no extra charge to you, and each shipment and its contents are shown on the order page.
